Senior Pricing Analyst, Growth
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to be a central part of the operational side of the Growth team, jumping on an amazing journey to get Bolt to the new heights!

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Lead and execute global pricing audits starting from data gathering, analysis and ending with pricing strategies and price configuration proposals for each of our markets.
- Collaborate with market growth analysts and country teams to validate proposals from pricing audits and secure deployment.
- Lead market growth analysts in conducting and analysing A/B tests to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies.
- Train growth analysts in the pricing frameworks, playbooks and tools developed by the pricing and product team, equipping them to run similar pricing analysis independently without central intervention.
- Analyze competitor pricing, market trends and customer engagement to maximize our value proposition for both riders and drivers.
- Analyze the usage patterns for various pricing product features, identify key levers for further improvements and assist in the creation of business cases for new developments.
- Perform post-assessment of pricing decisions to ensure healthy tracking of the desired results.
- Maintain thorough and concise documentation for tracking all decisions and post assessments.
- Work side-by-side with product analytics team to experiment with new pricing changes and validate forecasting models for impact prediction.
About you:
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
- At least 4 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data, Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus
- Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing
- Amazing SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluent in English
