As a Data Analytics Manager in the Delivery Marketing team, you'll lead a small team of analysts (2 to 4 people) and be responsible for making sure we're making the best decisions across our Delivery business. This is a player-coach role: part hands-on analysis, part people leadership. You'll measure the impact of marketing initiatives across channels and markets, identify the tactics with the highest incremental performance, and recommend how our global and local teams should spend their time and budgets across dozens of countries. You'll also act as a strategic thought partner to senior marketing leadership, helping shape new initiatives and guiding strategy and budget decisions, working closely with marketing and central management teams, plus industry partners like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

With your expertise, we'll be able to accurately determine the most strategic allocation of resources, including the exact location, timing, method, and amount spent on campaigns. You will be working closely with other team members of the Growth domain, as well as Expansion Managers, Marketing and Operations teams. A Data Analyst will need to have good attention to detail and communication skills to succeed. Solid business sense and analytical mindset? You might be the campaign magician we’ve been waiting for.

As a Growth Analytics Manager in the Delivery team, you will lead a small team of Growth Analysts while owning incentive spending strategy for Eater and Merchant campaigns across your markets. You'll drive marketplace success by combining hands-on analytics with strong leadership, ensuring smart, data-backed decisions that maximise ROI and achieve higher growth at a lower cost. You will work closely with General Managers, Account Management, Operations, and local teams to turn insights into action. This role requires sharp business sense, strong analytical thinking, the ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous environments, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas. Ready to lead, optimise, and make a visible impact at scale?

As a Lead Data Analyst in our Marketing Technology team, you’ll own the analytical and methodological backbone of Bolt’s Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) domain — designing the measurement, experimentation, personalisation engine and causal inference frameworks that shape how we engage millions of customers across the Rider, Driver, Eater, Rentals, and Business verticals. Wondered what if your campaigns didn't just react to user behavior, but actually knew your users? We're building Bolt's user memory layer for Lifecycle Marketing: a system that extracts, curates, and reasons over customer knowledge to power next-generation engagement and retention. That means turning raw, noisy behavioral signals into durable, high-quality representations of what users want, need, and care about their preferences, intents, and life moments and using them in real time to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time You won’t be implementing someone else’s framework — you’ll be defining the methodology and building measurement infrastructure and self-serve tooling that scale across 50+ markets. You’ll partner closely with the Director of LCM, vertical Heads, and technical teams across Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, and Martech Engineering as the leading and owning individual contributor for this framework.

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Global Marketing team , you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You'll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of advertising euros and billions of marketing communication touchpoints, to identify tactics and strategies that have the highest incremental performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. We're looking for someone who proactively identifies problems before they're assigned, owns the analytical agenda end-to-end, and brings structure and direction to the teams they work with. You'll need the confidence to productively challenge senior stakeholders to set priorities, not just respond to them. In your job, you'll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Main tasks and responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing investments to recommend optimal budget allocations across channels, markets, and specific campaigns, following existing frameworks. Develop incrementality testing roadmaps across paid and owned channels (emails, push etc.) together with channel owners across Rider and Driver user types. Design data-driven operational playbooks and strategic frameworks that lead to a step change in marketing performance at scale. Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to independently design and analyse A/B tests for marketing communication initiatives. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support day-to-day operations, business reviews, and strategic decision-making.
