Senior Strategy & Operations Manager
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and solutions-driven Senior Strategy&Operations Manager with excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills to take ownership of our Ukrainian ride-hailing operations.

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Designing and executing strategies to increase driver engagement and retention while managing our high performing, Ukrainian team
- Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: drivers; fleet owners; unions; regulators; government officials; local communities etc.)
- Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures
- Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Ukraine
- Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics
- Taking ownership of Bolt's growth in Ukraine by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives
- Advocating and elevating Bolt's brand, product and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry
- Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition
- Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business
- Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders
About you:
- You have 3+ years of experience in an operations management or general management role
- You have 5+ years experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position
- You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English & Ukrainian negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day
- You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Finance or other analytical subject
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
