Hertz

This is a rental program for electric and hybrid vehicles. By renting a car through this partnership, you benefit from the following advantages:

  • The ability to rent a vehicle pre-stickered with the Bolt logo, allowing you to generate additional revenue.
  • Flexible rental: minimum duration of 1 week for non-stickered vehicles.
  • A low deposit: €150.
  • Services included: comprehensive liability insurance, full vehicle maintenance, replacement vehicle (subject to availability), 1,350 km/week (+€0.15/additional km).

The following vehicles are available:

  • Toyota Corolla, with and without Bolt sticker
  • Polestar 2 (Extended or Standard Range), with and without Bolt sticker (vehicle eligible for the Sedan category)
  • MG4, with and without Bolt sticker
  • Ford Kuga, without Bolt sticker

Please complete the pre-registration form available here. Once completed, you'll immediately have access to the link to the Hertz booking platform!

Rentals start at €299 per week, plus fuel/charging costs and other additional fees. A refundable security deposit of €150 will also be collected by Hertz when you pick up the car and will be retained for the duration of your rental.

To benefit from the advertising benefits on Hertz vehicles, there are two conditions:

  1. You must have booked a rental vehicle with the Branding option (logo on the doors) on the Hertz platform.
  2. You must have signed your Branding contract: please note that for subcontracted drivers, the contract must be signed by the fleet manager. The Branding contract must be signed digitally. It is sent by Bolt to the independent driver or fleet manager, by email and text message, within 48 hours of booking the Hertz-branded vehicle.

The benefits of advertising Bolt on Hertz vehicles are as follows:

  • A fixed amount of €100 per month
  • A variable amount equal to 8% of the revenue generated by the branded vehicle. This variable amount is paid weekly based on the revenue generated during the previous week. It is capped at €180 per week.
  • If you are an independent driver, the payment will be made to your bank account as indicated by you. If you are a sub-driver, the payment will be made to your manager's account.

The choice is yours! If you have chosen a non-branded vehicle, the minimum duration of your contract is 1 week. If you have chosen a branded vehicle, the minimum duration is 12 weeks.

Bolt Car

The Bolt Car Program allows you to maximize your income by renting a vehicle at a great price from our partners. For each trip completed with Bolt, a €2 discount is applied to your weekly rental, up to 90 trips per week. For example, completing 50 trips per week reduces your rental by €100. Our partners, such as CityCar and La Maison du Chauffeur VTC, provide quality vehicles and ongoing support. This program is designed to offer you flexibility and profitability, reducing your rental costs while increasing your weekly earnings.

The only requirement to participate in the Bolt Car Program is to be a registered driver partner with Bolt.

All registered driver partners in Paris, Lyon, Nice, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Nantes, Lille, and Strasbourg are eligible for this program. Driver partners operating in other French cities cannot yet access this program. But we promise to do our best to make it available throughout France soon!

We strive to respond to all requests within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Our team works diligently to handle each request with care and diligence. If you contact us on a weekend, please note that response times may be slightly longer due to the weekend. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

With the Bolt Car Program, you benefit from comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind. Insurance is included, allowing you to drive safely. In addition, the CityCar team will provide you with a replacement car if needed. This allows you to continue working without interruption, even if your vehicle requires repair or maintenance. Your comfort and safety are our priority!

With the Bolt Car Program, your compensation is directly deducted from the previous week's rental fees. You will receive a payment link from our partners, where the applied discounts will already be taken into account. This allows you to view and verify the deductions made before the final payment. Your compensation is therefore seamlessly and efficiently integrated into your rental process.

Please feel free to contact our dedicated support team via the email address: partenaires@bolt.eu for more details on the compensation amount.

See you soon on Bolt!

Branded Cars Program

All registered driver partners in Paris, Lyon, Nice, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Nantes, Lille, and Strasbourg are eligible for this program. Driver partners operating in other French cities are not yet eligible for this program (for now). But we promise to do our best to make it available throughout France soon!

The Bolt partner garage that installs the Bolt logo is located in Gennevilliers, Île-de-France. You will be given the exact address when you make your appointment. For cities outside Île-de-France, our partner visits on specific days. We will notify you by email when our partner visits your city.

Bolt covers all costs related to installing the logo on your vehicle's doors, as well as the costs associated with removal. You don't have to pay anything!

The only requirement you must meet to participate in the Bolt Branded Cars Program is to be a registered driver partner with Bolt. In addition, the vehicle must be registered on the platform.

The reward is paid monthly. You will receive the amount the following month, and you must verify the presence of the logo before the 28th of each month to validate one full month of rides with the logos affixed to the vehicles.

Financial rewards are sent as soon as you verify your vehicle with the Bolt advertising still affixed. To receive your financial reward, there's only one thing you need to do: have your vehicle inspected to ensure the Bolt logo is still affixed. Your vehicle must be inspected monthly using a link you'll receive by text message.

If you haven't received your financial reward, please check that photos showing the logo have been sent before the 28th of each month.

If you haven't received your verification link by text message, you can contact our Bolt Branded Cars support team via the email address: branded.cars@bc.bolt-ops.eu so we can help you. You can also visit La Maison du Chauffeur VTC, our partner located in Gennevilliers, to ensure your phone number is up to date.

The amount of the financial compensation I received is incorrect. Please contact our Bolt Branded Cars support team at branded.cars@bc.bolt-ops.eu for more details on the amount of the financial compensation. You can also fill out the form at the link below if you have any difficulties receiving your financial compensation related to the Branded Cars program.

  1. You will be part of the advertising campaign for a minimum period of 3 months.
  2. Bolt will conduct a monthly inspection of the Bolt logo on your vehicle, either physically or virtually.
  3. You may not have competitor branding stickers on your vehicle with Bolt advertising.
    1. At the end of the branding campaign period, or in the event of termination of the agreement by either party, you must be responsible for removing the Bolt branding sticker by visiting one of our authorized partners, unless the campaign is renewed.

Renewing your operating license

You must renew your operating license every 5 years. To obtain this renewal, you must complete a continuing education course. This course lasts 2 days (14 hours). If you complete the course, you will receive a certificate. This process must be completed 3 months before the end of the validity period. You will find the list of approved training centers on the CMA website: Chamber of Trades and Crafts in your department.

Renewing your professional card You must renew your professional card every 5 years. As soon as you receive your continuing education course certificate, you can apply for a new card. There is a fee for renewal. It costs approximately €60.

Renewing your VTC registration Every 5 years, once you have obtained your new card, you must re-register in the VTC register: Private Car with Driver or Transport Vehicle with Driver.

Fleet drivers

To change fleets, please follow these steps:

  • Ask the new fleet manager to submit a new driver request for you from their fleet portal.
  • Once the request has been created, contact our team and provide the fleet details (name, email address, etc.).

If you wish to leave your fleet, contact our support team (via the in-app messaging service or at partners@bolt.eu).

Note: Please note that after changing or leaving a fleet, you will have a new driver account on our platform. This means that information related to your old account (trips, bonuses, invoices, etc.) will no longer appear in the app or the driver portal.

AXA Life Insurance

  • You must report your accident to AXA using the online form and consult your doctor.
  • In the event of sick leave, you are covered:
  • From the first day if you have one of the following documents: a police report related to the accident, an acknowledgment of receipt of a car insurance claim, or a hospitalization report.
  • From the eighth day in other cases.

Bolt partner drivers are covered by AXA insurance during their trips, i.e., from the time the ride request is accepted until the customer arrives at their destination, and the driver declares they have "completed the trip" booked through the Bolt app.

Like most insurance policies, Life Insurance is subject to certain general and specific restrictions for the various guarantees. The Information Notice provides you with information on the entire contract and its restrictions. For example, an accident while intoxicated is not covered by AXA guarantees.

I had an accident before I signed up for AXA insurance. What happens? AXA Prevoyance insurance is not retroactive: if you had an accident before signing up for the insurance, you will not be able to receive compensation for that accident.

To report an accident that occurred during a race or any other event covered by the Life Insurance, you can complete the online reporting form. You can also contact an AXA advisor at +33 1 73 60 06 01 or by email (service.plateformes@axa.fr).

Only data necessary for the proper execution of the contract (contact details, trip-related data when reporting an accident, etc.) will be shared with AXA. This data will allow for faster, appropriate compensation.

Additional information can be found in the Information Notice. There you will find all the details and restrictions of the Life Insurance.

Phishing

Phishing is a scam in which someone attempts to steal your personal information by pretending to be a trusted entity such as Bolt support or a passenger. The consequences can be serious: identity theft, financial loss, and unauthorized access to your accounts.

For your security, NEVER share your personal information (email, phone number, codes, etc.) with anyone.

Please note that Bolt Support will never ask for your contact details or codes to verify your identity via chat.

If you believe you have been phished or have accidentally shared your information, please change your password and immediately report the incident to our support team via the Bolt app or partners@bolt.eu. We will then take the necessary steps to protect your account.
