How to Stay Safe While Driving

1. Always verify the right passenger Before starting the ride, ask the passenger to confirm their name and destination to make sure you pick up the right person. 2. Stay focused on the road Keep your attention on driving: avoid distractions, keep your eyes on the road, and take regular breaks to remain fit to drive. 3. Stay professional at all times If a passenger behaves inappropriately, remain calm and polite. End the trip as soon as possible and report the incident through the app. 4. Trust your instincts If you ever feel unsafe or face an emergency, immediately use the emergency assistance button in the Bolt app.
