1. Benefits applicable to ride-hailing services

*Cashback will be credited to the User’s Bolt Balance in the Bolt app and can be used to pay for Bolt services. Funds accumulated in this way have no expiration date. Funds from the Bolt Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
2. Benefits applicable to food and grocery delivery services*

*Benefits for food and grocery delivery services apply:
- when the minimum order value is reached: 35 PLN for food delivery (i.e., orders from restaurants); 70 PLN for grocery delivery (i.e., orders from grocery and retail stores);
- only to orders from partners (i.e., restaurants and stores) participating in the Bolt Plus program. These partners will be clearly marked in the Bolt app with the Bolt Plus icon.
Service fee discount and exclusive discounts apply only to selected partners participating in the Bolt Plus. The amount of the discount and rebates depends on the decision of the respective partner.
