To be able to operate with Bolt, you need to follow the steps below to incorporate our invoicing service provider Fonoa . This service is free of charge to you, but is essential to issue valid invoices. Without completing all these steps, fleet drivers cannot be activated. Log in to the Tax and Customs Authority website with your company details and follow these steps: 1. Search for “User Management” 2. Click on Access in the search result for User Management 3. Click on the CREATE A NEW USER button 4. Fill in the form, setting the Name field (e.g. User 1) to “Fonoa-Bolt” and choose a Password. Please note that the Username and Password fields must be saved in order to be provided to us. 5. Select Authorized Operations: CGS, WDT, WFA and WSE 6. When you create the Authorized User, you will see these two screens.

- Access data must be registered through the Fleet Manager Portal. Very important: when adding the user you created in the AT portal to your Bolt Fleet Manager portal, do not use the copy/paste functionality. Enter the credentials manually. - Select the Company Settings option from the top bar. - Choose Edit Information . - Enter the Username and Password for the Authorized Operation external user profile created on the Tax and Customs Authority website. Note (common error): The user will have the format NIF/X, X = number of users on the tax authority website, not the name (Fonoa-Bolt). Example: If your Company's NIF is 555555555, the user will be 555555555/X (where X is the user number) - Save the changes made.

- You will be able to confirm the changes through the Fleet Management Portal, where a tick will appear next to the Tax Authority Credentials. ​ Please note! Credential validation is not instantaneous, so it may take a few hours for it to be visible on the portal. You will also receive an SMS confirming the changes within 72 hours.
