Bolt closely monitors market needs and is committed to creating unique categories that add value to the service.
It is now possible to send a package with Bolt as easily as requesting a ride.
Passengers can specify the pickup point and final destination and select the Bolt Send category.
The driver receives a request under this category on the acceptance screen, where they can see:
We explain the correct process step by step:
-Upon arriving at the final destination, confirm that you are at the correct location;
-If you cannot find the recipient, contact the sender via the app and ask for assistance to facilitate the delivery;
-Wait at least 10 minutes;
-If you are still unable to deliver the package, inform the sender that you will return to the pickup location and ask them to be available to receive the returned package;
-Once you arrive back at the pickup point, return the package to the sender and end the trip (do not confirm the price);
-Do not confirm the price — report an issue;
-Select the most appropriate reason and leave a comment if necessary;
-Wait for the fare review.
Afterwards, we will review the trip details and confirm the correct fare. Once the review is completed, the price will appear in your trip history and the amount will be added to your balance.
