Bolt commission fee

Bolt collects a commission in all markets where we operate. In Ukraine, we charge a commission of 10-25% of the cost of each trip, depending on the city. 10% in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mykolaiv, and Kropyvnytskyi; 15% in Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Zdolbuniv, Lutsk, Ternopil, Sumy, Kryvyi Rih, Bila Tserkva, Drohobych, Stryi, and Truskavets; 18% in Dnipro, Kamianskyi, Novomoskovsk, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Mukachevo; 20% in Uzhhorod 25% in Kyiv, Boryspil, Brovary, Vyshhorod, Vyshneve, Irpen and Lviv.

Important information about commission

The commission applies to both cash and card journeys.
Commission does not apply to tips, bonuses, cancellation fees and booking fees.
The commission will be calculated automatically and reflected directly in your app. You can view it by clicking on the Earnings tab from the app homepage.
Failure to pay the commission will result in a temporary suspension of cash orders due to arrears. During this time, you will ONLY be able to make cashless trips.
