Driver Eligibility Requirements
To drive with Bolt in Ukraine, you must meet all legal requirements and have the right to use a suitable vehicle. You need a smartphone with Android 9.0 or iOS 14 or higher, and at least basic Ukrainian language skills. Always follow local laws and provide high-quality service.
Hold all valid documents required by Ukrainian law.
Own or have the right to use a car suitable for Bolt.
Have a smartphone (Android 9.0+ or iOS 14+).
Speak Ukrainian at least at a basic level.
Comply with all current laws and regulations in Ukraine.

Required Documents
To partner with Bolt as a private driver, you must provide the following documents:
Valid driver’s license (category “B”)
Your photo (selfie)
Vehicle registration certificate (tech passport)
Back side of the vehicle registration certificate

You must have a valid driver’s license issued by an authorized Ukrainian government body, with category “B” open.
License must be current and valid.

Driver Photo
Submit a portrait photo (selfie) of the license holder. The photo should be well-lit, without headwear or sunglasses.

Vehicle Registration Certificate
Provide a valid vehicle registration certificate issued by a Ukrainian authority for the car you plan to use.
Certificate must be valid and current.
Issued by a Ukrainian authority.
Must match the vehicle used for Bolt rides.
Additional Details
Back Side of Vehicle Registration Certificate
Upload the back side of the vehicle registration certificate. It should show the car’s make, model, color, and VIN number.
Back side must be clear and legible.
Shows make, model, color, and VIN.
