Bolt is available in cities across Ukraine during curfew, in accordance with decisions made by local authorities and taking into account the current safety situation. If rides are permitted, you can request a ride in the Bolt app as usual.
What to consider before your ride
If you are planning a trip during curfew, please keep the following in mind:
- Ride availability may depend on the city, local restrictions, and the number of drivers available.
- Pickup times may be longer than usual.
- In some cases, the driver may contact you to confirm trip details before the ride begins.
Possible restrictions
A driver may decline a trip if it conflicts with safety rules or restrictions that apply in your region during curfew. Travel rules may also change depending on decisions made by local authorities. Different cities may have different conditions or additional requirements.
If a ride is unavailable
If you are unable to request a ride during curfew, it may be because:
- there are currently no available drivers in your area;
- additional movement restrictions are in place;
- the service is temporarily limited due to safety conditions or local regulations.
