We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our quickly expanding team. This role will focus on servicing our ride-hailing businesses, with the aim of enhancing our processes, increasing their efficiency, and delivering the best customer experience.

About the role

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers by addressing their queries in English or local languages.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by professionally resolving their requests and proactively handling escalations while ensuring a prompt and timely response to the users.
  • Following the established Customer Support processes and guidance and collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve user inquiries on time.
  • Being solution-focused when managing difficult customer situations and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve the company's Customer Support processes and frameworks and initiating and leading projects to improve the customer experience.
  • Taking ownership of market-level knowledge and staying up to date with relevant changes.

About you:

  • You’re a problem solver eager to grow professionally in Customer Support.
  • You’re fluent in English, Standard Arabic, and French, both written and spoken, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • You can work during daytime, evening, or night shifts.
