Senior Data Analyst, Marketing
As a Senior Data Analyst in a Marketing team, you’ll play a central role in Bolt's Global marketing operations - helping us decide where we focus our time and money. About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing investments to recommend the optimal budget allocations between channels, markets, and specific campaigns - following the existing frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to design and analyze
- A/B tests for marketing communications initiatives with minimal supervision
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing teams and leadership supporting day-to-day operations, business reviews and strategic decision-making
- Support the stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and bring visibility by building dashboards and reports.
About you:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Business
- At least 2-4 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data
- Outstanding SQL skills and a solid grasp of Python/R for data analysis
- Fluent with at least one of the BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, Metabase, etc) and data visualization in general
- Excellent understanding of statistics for A/B testing and experimentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing complex analytical projects
- Fluent in English
- Extra bonus, but not required - experience with marketing and consumer analytics, marketing mix modeling, and/or Bayesian statistics
