Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride hailing and food delivery businesses. The position would be based from our office in Budapest, Hungary.

About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Working across our passenger transport customers
  • Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense
  • Working on issues in Hungarian and English
  • Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience

About you:

  • You are fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
  • You have a positive and hard-working attitude
  • You pay attention to details
  • You are willing to work daytime and evening shifts
  • You are willing to work (some) weekends
