Senior Program Manager, Fleet Financing
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Central Operations team.

About the role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Driving fleet partner operational due diligence at the time of partner selection with Corporate Development and country teams
- Leading the mapping and structuring of operational processes (with fleet partner) to deploy and activate financed vehicles including lead generation, driver onboarding and performance management of vehicles
- Training new partners to effectively do end to end fleet management (with local teams)
- Collaborating with central and local teams to ensure the smooth activation of financed vehicles to meet project goals
- Collaborating with Corporate development on innovative structures to help drive engagements in different markets
- Identifying and communicating scalable growth opportunities (for effectively supporting fleet partners) to Product Management team
About you:
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or a related field
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools
