Operations Manager
As Bolt continues to expand its ride-hailing business, we are looking for a data-driven, passionate and dynamic Operations Manager with excellent leadership skills to help us transform the mobility industry in Finland.

About the role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager in developing and executing on the long-term strategy of Bolt’s ride-hailing business in Finland, including P&L ownership.
- Oversee programs and projects focused on business growth and process enhancements, aiming to deliver outstanding service to users and drivers.
- Formulate and execute strategies to improve the value proposition for drivers and riders, increase the supply base, and enhance performance and retention.
- Engage in Business Development to identify new revenue opportunities, forge partnerships, and negotiate and structure contracts, including collaborations with driver and vehicle fleets.
- Lead and develop a small team to ensure the successful implementation of all projects, programs, and activities.
- Advise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, Marketing or Finance to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
About You:
- You have 4+ years of experience in an Operations Management role with a strong analytical component.
- You possess a data-driven analytical mindset and skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel as a requirement.
- You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.
- You have experience leading a team and a passion for developing people.
- You ideally have experience managing new product launches or market entry processes.
- You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Finnish.
