Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator in Prague to support our car-sharing fleet and daily operations.

About the role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitoring and documentation of accidents and damages according to specifications.
- Handling damages and claims with insurance, state authorities, and debt collection agencies.
- Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims.
- Communication with body shops on the damage repairs and calculation of costs.
- Communication and collaboration with business partners, subcontractors, and other external parties relevant to the CZ Bolt Drive operations.
- Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance.
About you:
- You are passionate about cars and the automotive sector.
- You are an excellent communicator in English and Czech.
- You are a natural problem solver and quick learner.
- You have very good attention to detail, can multitask, prioritize, and focus.
- You are both a team player and an individual contributor.
- You are stress-resistant, diligent, and inventive.
