People Advisor
We are looking for a new People Advisor, who will focus on delivering excellent service, ensuring a standardised employee experience, and contributing to operational efficiency within the People & Workplace team.

About the role
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for employees & Individual Contributors (ICs), managing various topics such as global processes and generic questions on country-specific benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies.
- Manages and implements various People initiatives through local leaders and managers across the full range of People topics (incl. But not limited to, performance management, succession planning, organizational design, employee engagement, D&I programs, exit interviews, compensation reviews, talent management, etc) ensuring there is a standard level of support for leaders and managers in the country is aligned with set global guidelines for a People Partner.
- Communicate benefits information to employees, including standard benefit offerings, changes to offerings, eligibility criteria, benefit enrollment choices, procedures to change benefit selections, etc.
- Support Regional People Partners with local vendor management in the areas of benefits, health and safety, wellness, background checks, pre-employment medicals, legal, etc.
- Prepare & monitor people data, provide reports and analytics to Managers and the Division People Partner for them to be able to make data-based decisions.
- Forging a close and strategic partnership with the Recruitment team to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
About you:
- You have 3-4 years’ experience in an HR role with general market understanding of standards and practices within the countries / region covered
- You have strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
- You have experience in one or more key parts of the HR value chain or Talent Management cycle, e.g. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, etc. with a basic appreciation of local labour law
- You are enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- You have the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions and alternatives
