While tipping the courier is not mandatory, customers can add a tip whilst placing a cashless order or tip in cash once the order is delivered.

In-app tips are only possible for cashless orders. You can check your tips in the Performance section of the app. 

Please note that your in-app tips for cashless orders will be updated regularly, but you won’t see them immediately after delivering an order.
