If your balance is a negative figure, you can pay this amount to Bolt using the following method:

- Select the payment method Mobile banking
- You will receive a virtual account number to be used in place of a reference number. This number will be used for all of your commission payments. This number is generated per partner, so you will have your unique number that is valid indefinitely.
- Use your banking app, agent or bank to deposit the payment. You will receive an in-app payment notification once the payment has been successfully completed.
Important:
- Please do not share this account number with anyone.
- The account number is a unique number generated only for you to pay your commission at all times.
