Airport Tips in Portugal

Our goal is to ensure the convenience of all drivers and passengers at Portuguese airports.

How does the queuing system at the airport work?

Our goal is to ensure the convenience of all drivers and passengers at Portuguese airports. Here are some changes we've made to achieve this.

As soon as you arrive at the waiting area of one of the three main airports (Lisbon, Porto, and Faro), you automatically enter a virtual queue, where the trip request is assigned to the driver who has been waiting the longest.
When you are in the queue, you will be able to see the number of cars ahead of you for each selected category in the Bolt Driver app.
This way, you can get a better idea of how long you will have to wait until you receive the next request.

Points to consider:

If you don't accept the trip request you're assigned, you'll be sent to the back of the virtual queue.
If you leave the waiting area and don't return within 60 seconds, you'll lose your place in the queue.
