Vehicle categories
Bolt - Standard service for up to 4 customers. Electric Range - Transportation in electric cars. XL - Standard service for up to 6 customers. Taxi - Service provided exclusively by vehicles approved for taxi service. Comfort - More comfortable service, in a larger vehicle with legroom. Economy - Standard service for up to 3 customers. Pet - Transportation of passengers with animals outside of a transport company. Van - Standard service for up to 8 customers. Car seat - Safe transportation of passengers with children aged 5 to 12 in booster seats. Executive - Service in high-end vehicles with comfortable interiors. Accessibility - Service provided by drivers who are aware of the transport of people with reduced mobility.
Bolt Send
Efficient management of available categories helps partner fleet drivers optimize earnings. Bolt closely monitors market needs and is committed to creating unique categories that add value to the service. From now on, it's possible to send a Bolt package as easily as requesting a ride. Passengers can specify the pickup point and final destination and select the Bolt Send category. The driver is presented with a request in this category on the acceptance screen, where they can see: - distance/time from the collection point - final destination and the net value (including taxes) of the transportation service. We explain the correct process step by step: - When you reach your final destination, make sure you are in the right place; - If you can't find the recipient, contact the sender via the app and ask for help to speed up delivery; - Wait at least 10 minutes; - If you are still unable to deliver the package, notify the sender that you will return to the collection point and ask them to be on the lookout for the package returned; - When you arrive at the collection point, hand over the package to the sender and complete the journey (do not confirm the price); - Don't confirm the price, report a problem; - Choose the most appropriate reason and leave a comment if you feel it is necessary; - Please wait for price review. Next, we'll review the trip details and confirm the correct price. Once the review is complete, the price will appear in your trip history and the amount will be added to your balance. Taxi Fleet, Car and Driver

Company Registration To register your company, we will need the following documentation: - Taxi License - Permanent Commercial Certificate or Proof of Open Activity - Work Accident Insurance with coverage of a minimum value of €15,000 - Proof of IBAN You'll also need to complete the form below with your company details and submit the signed Trip Price Calculation Document. Once your registration is accepted, you'll need to link your Fleet Manager Portal to the Tax Authority Portal—a step-by-step guide is available here. Car and Driver Registration To register your car , you will need the following documentation: - Single Vehicle Document or Registration Certificate (front and back) - Special Conditions of the Automobile Insurance Policy - Minimum Occupant Death Cover of €10,000 - Car Insurance Green Card - Periodic Technical Inspection - Taxi License To register as a driver , you will need the following documentation: - Citizen Card - Driving License (front and back) - Taxi Driver Certificate - Criminal Record Certificate - Face photography Please send legible, color photographs of the original documents. To prevent fraud, we do not accept scans of documents .
