Rejected documents

Drivers in Portugal must provide the following documents to drive on our platform: - Professional profile photo (no sunglasses/hat); - TVDE driver's certificate; - Identification document; - Driving license (front and back) with the respective Group II endorsement; If the document does not include the Group II endorsement, or is expired, contact the IMT. - Criminal record certificate. Documents must be legible and within their expiration date. The TVDE Driver's Certificate, Citizen Card, and driver's license must be an original, color photograph. We do not accept scans. To be eligible on our platform, vehicles must meet the following requirements: - The car cannot be more than 7 years old. - Capacity cannot exceed 9 seats. - The vehicle must have 5 doors. - The car must have all the insurance required by law. Required documentation - Documents must be legible and within the validity date - If it is a loan for use Single Vehicle Document/Registration Certificate ​- The vehicle must be owned by the fleet or associated with it in some way. - If the vehicle does not belong to the fleet, attach a document demonstrating the relationship between the vehicle and the fleet. - The submitted document must be an original, color photograph. Scans are not accepted. The professional insurance policy (particular conditions) must include: - The vehicle owner as the policyholder (except in cases of usufruct, sale with retention of title and financial leasing). - A policy number that matches the number on the Green Card. - Civil Liability Coverage of at least €50,000,000. - Occupant protection coverage (death or permanent disability) of at least €10,000. - Explicit mention of the scope of incidents occurring through TVDE activity. - The insurance must be active. You can check this on the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority's website. The professional insurance policy (green card) must include: - The owner of the vehicle as the policyholder (except in cases of usufruct, sale with retention of title and financial leasing). - A policy number that matches the number in the Particular Conditions. Periodic technical inspection - Must comply with the requirements of Law No. 45/2018
