Kloof Corner Ridge is a lesser-known hiking trail that is a great alternative to the more gruelling trails along the Table Mountain chain while still offering stunning panoramic vistas of the city.
The 1.9-mile out-and-back trail is short and undoubtedly the most accessible hike, but it does require some effort. In return for a 20–40-minute climb, you get the most beautiful views extending to Table Bay, Robben Island, and beyond, which are well worth the effort!
Enjoy the hike any time of the day or visit for sunrise and sunset — regarded as one of the best in the city.
