Account Management Intern

About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Pro-active communication with Partners in long tail portfolios (SMB’s)
  • Improve the operational and commercial metrics of Partners in its long tail portfolio by making sure we always deliver the best services to our customers
  • Conduct introductory calls with new Partners on BOLT during their first month of cooperation
  • Run regular portfolio analysis
  • Educate Partners on how to better use Bolt to drive their revenue
  • Verify the satisfaction of the long tail portfolio Partners with Bolt and make every effort to ensure that their experience is positive which will translate into a desire for further cooperation
  • Optimize Partners at risk of churn from an operational & commercial perspective, improve their visibility and order volume on the platform
  • Reactivation of partners who are inactive on the Bolt platform
  • Negotiate commercial conditions of contracts with our partners including commission rates
  • Drive upselling to improve the revenue of Bolt
  • Analyze market-specific behavior, do regular competition checks to gain insights and act as an advisor to our partners
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Operations team to smoothly activate all restaurants
  • Work with cross-functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Partner Operations, Customer Service, Courier Operations)

About you:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Operations or a related field
  • Good analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making
  • Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
  • Be passionate about building relations with others and have a sales approach
  • You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress
  • Think out o the box to find solutions quickly
  • Be open to working in dynamic environments and adapt easily to changes
  • Ability to influence partners over the phone to implement suggestions
  • You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds
  • Excellent communication & writing skills in Polish (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2)
