Staff Product Designer, Logistics

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our Logistics domain within the Delivery team. This includes all products related to Courier operations, such as the app and web portals.

The Bolt Delivery Product team’s goal is to provide value to the three-sided food delivery marketplace and ensure that everyone, from couriers to eaters to restaurants, can benefit from the solutions we build.

About the role

As a Staff Product Designer you will be responsible for understanding which problems are important to users and drive their usage within the domain. You will then translate this understanding into domain-level metrics for the team.

We’re looking for someone that is able to discover valuable user and business opportunities in alignment with the domain strategy, and deliver high quality solutions that are simple and intuitive to address customer problems.

Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influences their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Advocating for the user, running usability tests, and ensuring design decisions are based on user research and feedback.
Collaborating with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and limitations.
Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability.
Managing design projects to ensure you adhere to timelines and balance multiple tasks effectively.
Contributing to or developing design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products.
Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
What we expect
About you:
You have proven experience as a Senior/Staff Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and have shipped digital products that serve millions of users.
You have designed digital products on mobile and web platforms.
You have strong proficiency with design tools and software, such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.
You should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user interface and user experience design.
Your strengths include strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of creativity.
You can communicate fluently in English, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and plan iterative design deliveries with clear, achievable milestones.
