Operations Intern
We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our Rentals team in Bolt.

About the role
You will work closely with the Operations Manager, assisting in the day-to-day execution of operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced mobility environment.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assisting in fleet management tasks, ensuring vehicle availability and operational efficiency.
Supporting the coordination of drivers and logistics, ensuring smooth deployment and collection of vehicles.
Helping manage and optimise administrative processes, including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
Conducting data analysis to identify inefficiencies and proposing process improvements.
Providing support in shift planning and daily task assignments.
Assisting in onboarding and training new drivers and fleet team.
What we expect
About you:

You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
You are fluent in Portuguese and posses a good level of English.
You have strong organisational and multitasking skills.
You have interest in mobility, logistics, and operational efficiency.
You are comfortable in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite, other Data tools being a plus
You are able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment and posses strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
