About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Finance Intern for Summer 2025. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance by supporting key administrative and analytical functions across M&A, Treasury, Investor Relations and Asset Financing.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn and has a foundational understanding of finance.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining various documentation, such as project trackers, project memoranda and materials for the management team and shareholders.
Support the team in financial modelling, corporate forecasting, valuation and transaction analysis.
Assist in compiling data across various loan agreements to ensure ongoing compliance.
Help prepare investor presentations and materials, maintain shareholder data and conduct equity research.
Conduct market research on market trends and competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various finance-related projects.
What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Prior internship or coursework in finance, investment banking, equity research, venture capital, private equity or tech is a plus.
CFA (CIMA or ACCA) track is a major plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint or Google Suite.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
