Senior Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join the operations team responsible for exploring, launching and scaling new initiatives that will have a strong impact on urban mobility and the way millions of people are moving in cities. As a Senior Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. About the role

You will be responsible for building, scaling, and monitoring one of the largest operational programs at Bolt - our branded car program, which has been identified as a key lever for increasing driver engagement on the platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of this project by establishing efficient processes and continuously monitoring the program’s performance.

You will work closely with both the France Local Operations team and the Bolt Central Operations team to drive the program’s success and enhance driver performance on the Bolt platform.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support the development of effective strategies to strengthen branded car’s program value proposition.
Build and own end-to-end P&L of the program.
Analytics and performance - you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring relevant KPIs to track the performance of the different offers and performance of drivers benefiting from said offers.
Problem solving - Lead the execution of initiatives, identify and address challenges early, using data.
Operational execution - Ensure strong & optimized processes are built.
Collaborate with HQ teams such as Central Operations, Product, Legal, Campaigns, and Marketing to retain, engage, and grow the program.
What we expect
About you:
You have 4-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations position in Startups, Strategy Consulting or other relevant organisations.
You must be fluent in French and English, a great collaborator, and you can easily network with people of various backgrounds.
You have a first experience leading teams.
Pro active & problem solving mindset: you have the ability to handle unexpected situations and quickly implement solutions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives.
You’ll get extra credit for: Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company Experience in product launches or running a business Looker / SQL Skills a big plus
