Operations Specialist - Compliance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Operations Specialist to join our Rides team in Poland. In this role, you will ensure the quality of registration processes, manage audits, and coordinate intern teams - all while keeping our compliance operations running smoothly.

About the role

You’ll be part of the Compliance team, working closely with Operations, Interns, and external audit service providers.

Your mission will be to maintain high registration quality standards, support audit processes, and help improve operational compliance through data, structure, and consistency.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage tasks for intern teams responsible for car and driver registrations.
Monitor and ensure the quality of registration processes through regular audits.
Prepare registration audit plans, trackers, methodologies, and summary reports.
Standardize and optimize communication with Driver Support Partners (DSPs).
Collaborate with the Driver Growth team to ensure smooth registration and quality control.
Analyze registration data, identify anomalies, and trigger corrective actions.
What we expect
About you:
You have 1+ years of experience in operational, audit, or compliance-related roles.
You are skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting - Excel and Google Sheets are your daily tools.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination skills.
You are confident working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
You understand administrative procedures and recognize patterns and risks in operational processes.
You communicate clearly in both Polish and English, verbally and in writing.
