We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the growth and performance of Bolt’s Airports & Venues (A&V) program globally. This role focuses on capturing rider demand at high-density locations such as airports, train stations, malls, and event venues across more than 50 markets.

About the role

You will define the global strategy, structure scalable frameworks, and coordinate execution across local and central teams. A key focus will be on improving rider experience and operational efficiency, while scaling adoption and profitability through cross-functional programs.

As the budget owner for Airports, you will play a leading role in building transparency around total spend (including incentives, FTEs, and branding) and help shape the path toward greater financial ownership and ROI-driven decision-making. This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Define and lead the global Airports & Venues (A&V) strategy, focusing on clustering, market penetration, tenders, and strategic partnerships to exceed business goals and improve rider experience at airports, malls, train stations, and major venues.
Manage the A&V P&L, including forecasting, ROI tracking, and cost management, ensuring data-backed trade-offs across regions.
Support airport tenders and regulatory readiness, collaborating with Public Policy and Legal teams to craft strong commercial cases, contribute to proposals, and engage with airport authorities as needed.
Develop and deploy scalable playbooks and frameworks for local execution covering pricing strategies, user activations, product integration, and campaign design for airports and special events.
Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives with Product, Growth, Local Ops, Legal, Finance, and Public Policy teams, ensuring clear accountability, progress tracking, and results delivery.
Track and report on key metrics, including GMV share, contribution margin, cost efficiency, S2FO, FO rate, and rides per rider, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance platform adoption and discoverability through product or operational improvements.
What we expect
About you:
You have 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or category ownership across multi-country or regional scopes, ideally within aviation, mobility, travel tech, or logistics platforms.
You’ve successfully led strategic cross-functional programs, collaborating across Product, Ops, Finance, Policy, and local markets to drive business impact.
You have a strong analytical mindset and make ROI-driven decisions by translating data into actionable insights and tracking financial performance.
You’re a confident communicator, capable of aligning senior leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives and commercial cases.
You thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the ability to bring structure to evolving program maturity.
You’re comfortable with public tenders, infrastructure projects, or working with regulatory authorities, and proficient in project documentation and tracking tools.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
