Product Analytics Manager, Rides Supply

We are looking for an experienced Product Analytics Manager to join the Rides Supply team. You will help us scale and improve the experience of millions of drivers and thousands of fleet companies engaging on our ride-hailing marketplace across more than 50 countries.Locations: Berlin, Germany | Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing product analytics for both our product groups in the ride-hailing supply space: Driver Experience and Fleet Experience. The supply side in the ride-hailing marketplace includes private and fleet-employed drivers. While the Driver Experience group scales supply by enabling new and active drivers to earn a reliable source of income in a safe and trustworthy ecosystem, the Fleet Experience group scales supply by improving the experience of fleet companies. As a Product Analytics Manager, you will be acting as a cross-functional partner to drive strategic decisions and solve high-impact business problems in our real-time marketplace. Working closely with product leadership, you will have a direct impact on scaling global supply for our largest product vertical – Ridehailing. Main tasks and responsibilities:

Leading and developing a team of 5+ product analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to build a high-performing analytics team that stays ahead of industry standards.
Partnering with cross-functional counterparts in defining the vision and strategic goals for the rides supply groups, driving discovery efforts to uncover opportunities, ensure insights inform prioritisation and impactful product solutions.
Designing relevant and actionable metrics that measure and drive business success and owning A/B testing best practices to make better and faster product decisions.
Driving and contributing to the conceptualisation and development of analytical solutions, such as self-service data products or user segmentation.
Collaborating closely with partners in product management, engineering, design, operations and leadership stakeholders to drive forward cross-functional product and analytics initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have 6+ years of experience working in data analytics within product companies, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role with a track record of leading high-performing medium-sized teams.
You hold a university degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management or related fields.
You have strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a clear narrative.
You have experience with consumer-facing analytics, including behavioural, funnel and cohort analysis, user segmentation or other applied methods You have hands-on experience and a fundamental understanding of designing, running and interpreting A/B tests, preferably some experience with other causal inference methods.

Preferably you have experience within fast-paced startup or scale up environments.
