You can confirm the pickup type when the order is being collected. 

Orders where the customer has already paid are cashless pickups. These orders have a yellow highlight Bolt payment. Don’t take money.

Orders where the courier or customer must pay cash for the order are cash pickups. These orders have:

• A yellow highlight over the basket Total
• A button to mark that you Received the amount.

Please make sure that you collect and click the Received button to complete the pickup. 

Note: The courier can switch the order from cash to cashless. This process takes a few seconds to come into effect. Once updated, proceed to finish the order as a cashless pickup.
