Criminal Record Certificate

Every Bolt driver is required to have a clear criminal record to operate on the Bolt platform.

P.S When you receive a certificate offline, it is issued as an A4 sheet, but when you receive a certificate online, you receive a digital certificate.

How to get checked

This certificate can be obtained by Polish citizens, foreigners, individuals and legal entities.

You can obtain this certificate in person at a branch of the National Criminal Register, by post, or online.

What must I do?

In person: Go to the local courthouse of your district. See all locations here.

You will need to take a special form where you need to fill in your details.

Online: It is necessary to register on the state portal where you will find the form, sign the application via the ePuap Trusted Profile and send the application. The certificate will be sent to the email address you provided on the website.

What must I bring?

~ A debit card, credit card or cash to pay in person

~ Your ID document or Passport

How long is a CRC valid for?

The criminal record certificate must be submitted to your Driver Portal within 30 days. It must be renewed every year in order to keep driving on Bolt.

How much does it cost?

In Person: 30 PLN

Online: 20 PLN

How long does it take?

In person: It should take 10-15 minutes

Online: You should receive the certificate within a day.

How long does the process take?

Approximately 1-3 months from the day that the office receives confirmation of the data from your foreign driving license and payment confirmation, the driving license will be ready for collection.
