- Have a Portuguese citizen card or Portuguese residence permit; - Have a Portuguese driving license / IMT has accepted the request to exchange driving license; - Hold a driving license for more than three years for category B with an endorsement in group II; - Be fluent in Portuguese or understand the Portuguese language;
