To start using the service, you need to download the Bolt app and tie your debit/credit card to your account. Once you set up your account, follow these simple steps:
Before you start the ride, we highly recommend checking the Safety tips that are a part of our Safety toolkit. You can access it by pressing the green shield icon on the screen. We also recommend that you bring and wear a helmet for your safety.
When you’re finished, park your scooter safely and end your ride in the app. You can check the allowed parking zones in the app. Places, where parking is not allowed, are marked red.
