About the role

We are seeking a hard-working, dynamic, and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Associate to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading strategic growth through complex financial transactions and advisory services to the business.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions and other corporate finance activities.
Conducting valuation analysis and financial modeling for strategic projects, business opportunities and inorganic growth initiatives.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Preparing detailed written reports, memos, and presentations for executive team and the Board of Directors.
Providing actionable insights and recommendations to support the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
Tracking and assessing the performance of the initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
What we expect
About you:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is an advantage)
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
You have solid proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial statement analysis
You have great verbal and written communication skills
You are able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
You have proficient attention to detail with great problem-solving abilities
