Legal Counsel, Partner Markets
We are looking for a dynamic Legal Counsel to support Bolt’s franchise markets all over the globe.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Advise on global franchise operations: tackling legal challenges in diverse markets, and providing day-to-day legal guidance to Bolt’s franchise partners, helping them operate effectively within legal and regulatory boundaries.
Draft and manage commercial contracts across multiple business functions, incl. complex franchise agreements, ensuring seamless partnerships.
Drive expansion into new markets, navigating legal frameworks and structuring compliant market entry strategies.
Support potential acquisitions, conducting legal due diligence (LDD), drafting transactions documents and handling post-closing matters.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including members of Tax, Regulatory, Privacy and Legal Team, to align legal strategies across the organization and develop proactive product-oriented relationships. As well as, manage and coordinate external legal support, ensuring Bolt has access to top-tier legal expertise.
Review new products, features, and initiatives, providing legal and regulatory guidance that supports business growth, and stay up to date with legislative developments, anticipate legal and commercial risks and prepare the business for the upcoming changes.

What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Qualified lawyer from a reputable law school with 4-7 years of experience, preferably at a law firm or an international company.
Expertise in tech-enabled products across multitude of jurisdictions.
Experience in M&A transactions, and enterprise transfers, franchise setup, expansion, and the Gig economy.
Strong legal drafting skills, specifically complex commercial contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent project management and problem solving skills with structure and organised approach.
