About the role
The Legal Administration & Support Lead will oversee and support a team of Legal Operations Coordinators, ensuring the efficient management of legal workflows, contract administration, and overall administrative support.
This role is responsible for optimizing legal administration, driving process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency within the legal department.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop the team of Legal Operations Coordinators, oversee training and onboarding, and act as the primary escalation point for complex legal administrative matters, foster a high-performance culture.
Legal Process Optimization: Manage and track JIRA Legal Administration Support tickets, streamline contract archiving and signature fulfillment, and continuously improve contract management lifecycle processes and workflows, ensuring proper documentation through policies and operating procedures
Risk & Compliance: Ensure alignment with internal risk management and compliance requirements while collaborating with Privacy, Risk & Compliance teams to strengthen legal policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between legal, internal departments, and external service providers, driving strategic initiatives to enhance legal administrative processes
AI & Automation: Leverage AI-powered solutions to optimize legal templates, automate workflows, and improve administrative efficiencies.
Stakeholder Support: Oversee legal administrative operations to effectively support internal stakeholders and enhance overall legal service delivery.

What we expect
About you:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in legal administration, contract management, or other administrative role, preferably within a law firm or multinational company.
Leadership Skills: Prior experience managing or mentoring a team within a legal or corporate environment.
Process Improvement: Proven ability to streamline (legal) workflows, improve document management, and enhance teams' operational efficiency.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with JIRA, contract management systems, and legal technology tools is a plus.
Language Skills & Education: Fluent in English and Estonian, a law degree or relevant legal education is highly preferred but not required.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
