Fleet Operations Assistant
We are looking for a motivated Fleet Operations Assistant to support our mission of providing the best service for our customers and the cities we operate in.
This is a temporary contract employment opportunity with a negotiable monthly salary of €1400 gross.

About the role
We are looking for a Fleet Operations Assistant to join the Bolt’s Rentals team. You’ll be deploying the E-scooters and E-bikes in the city and making sure they are parked nicely in high-demand areas.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Driving our vans and/or cargo bikes to collect and deploy E-scooters/E-bikes or swap batteries
Ensuring E-scooters/E-bikes are parked in an orderly manner and do not block any streets/sidewalks
Checking for lost E-scooters/E-bikes, completing on-street quality checks, and bringing them back to our warehouse or directly deploying them in the city again
Performing small repairs directly on the street to increase the availability of our fleet
Supporting the operations team in the warehouse when help is needed
What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You have an EU driving license B (manual), and reliable & safe driving skills
You have a good knowledge of the local city/area, and a hands-on mentality
You have experience in using smartphones and mechanical tools
You are available for shift work
You have solid English or Lithuanian skills
Previous experience as a driver is an advantage
