Financial Controller

About the role
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for taking care of all financial reporting responsibilities for Bolt group. Additionally, your responsibilities will include financial risk management and any other additional controller duties as necessary.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Review subsidiaries' figures during month-end closing and have feedback loops with accounting teams.
Build financial reports for the financial controlling team using Workday Finance (ERP).
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including more complex IFRS calculations.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, and help protect assets by enforcing internal controls.
Supporting good transactional data quality from Products to Finance databases, including making sure that new Products and Product features' financial effect will be accounted for based on IFRS.
Support the implementation of internal and external tools and create memos and documentation for material financial processes.

What we expect
About you:

5 years of working experience as a Financial Controller, Auditor or similar.
Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Good time management and a high sense of ownership, as well as, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in creating financial statements, with general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
Very good understanding of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow interactions.
