About the role

Bolt is seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional or someone with strong knowledge in legal compliance that would help drive Bolt’s Integrated Management System across our Estonian operations. This role sits within our Privacy Legal Team and offers an opportunity to make a real impact by shaping safety and regulatory practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Ensure local legal compliance and manage risk through diverse actions that strengthen workplace safety, regulatory adherence, and operational resilience.
Shape and embed global OHS standards and programs that elevate safety performance, capability, and consistency across all business areas.
Act as the primary interface for local authorities, partners, and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on safety objectives.
Lead and contribute to global safety initiatives and transformation projects that advance culture, innovation, and standardization across operations.
Supporting specific countries in the implementation and compliance with internal processes.

About you:

You have prior experience in occupational health and safety or in ensuring adherence to local regulations.
You’re flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and maintaining focus on impactful results.
You are collaborative and people-oriented, fostering strong cross-functional and cross-regional relationships.
You are proactive and forward-thinking, anticipating challenges and driving effective, preventive solutions.
You are self-driven and accountable, delivering results with ownership and minimal oversight.
Professional level fluency in English and Estonian languages.
