Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a hard-working Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations.

About the role

You will be working during the nighttime. Usually the shifts are 11,5h long, starting at 20.00 until 8.00. Shifts can also be shorter according to the quarterly summation.

You’ll be in charge of putting batteries to charge, and taking full batteries from charging. Tracking daily outflow and inflow of scooters and batteries, making sure every vehicle is in the correct status by scanning them. Doing a visual inspection of inflow vehicles and sorting them by issues into categories. In addition, you will be quickly and efficiently identifying and fixing any damages to our fleet of vehicles.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Ensuring the highest quality for our scooters/e-bikes by conducting general repair work and check-ups.
Inspecting the scooters/e-bikes in use and identifying problems within the different parts of the product.
Testing scooters/e-bikes before releasing them to ensure their quality and safety standards.
Putting new scooters/e-bikes into service: unpacking, doing quality checks, adding necessary equipment, ensuring safety, and troubleshooting.
Assisting with warehouse operations, including inventory and battery management, shipments, and general housekeeping.
What we expect
About you:
You demonstrate a high level of attentiveness and accuracy in your work.
You possess the knowledge and skills to operate various hand and power tools.
Your proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of challenges are reflected in your hands-on work.
You have experience in repairing mechanical devices, particularly in the automotive or electronic repair fields.
You have solid Estonian language skills and experience using smartphones.
Having English skills is an advantage.
