Financial Controller

The Financial Controlling team at Bolt is growing! We’re looking for experienced Financial Controllers to maintain high-quality reporting, strengthen our controls, and support Bolt’s continued expansion.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing all financial reporting activities for the Bolt group. Your work will also include financial risk management and other relevant controller duties as needed.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Review subsidiary financial data and lead feedback processes during month-end closing procedures.
Provide support for month-end and year-end closing, including intricate IFRS calculations.
Ensure quality control of financial transactions and group-level reporting.
Institute, oversee, and enforce internal controls pertaining to financial data.
Uphold data integrity throughout the Products-to-Finance continuum, verifying that new features comply with IFRS.
Support the implementation and optimization of internal and external finance tools.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Auditor, or in a similar finance-related position.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial statement analysis.
Proven experience with General Ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes.
Highly systematic, compliance-driven, with strong ownership and effective time management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
