Vehicle Operator

We are looking for a Vehicle Operator to support the early stage of our new project.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

In this role, you will drive assigned routes in the city, observe the vehicle and its equipment, and report issues or anomalies. You will also help us build a reliable foundation for future operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Driving the vehicle on assigned routes

Following route instructions accurately and navigating through different city areas

Monitoring the vehicle and reporting any unusual behaviour or observations

Using a tablet or mobile app to log completed routes and basic findings

Performing simple vehicle readiness checks (charging, cleanliness, equipment)

Communicating any safety or operational concerns to the project team

About you:

You have a valid driving licence (B-category) and safe, responsible driving habits

You have a strong sense of direction and ability to read maps confidently

You are comfortable using mobile apps or tablets

You have a good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

You are reliable, independent, and comfortable working in the field

Fluency in English is required for daily communication and reporting
