We’re looking for a Merchant Growth Manager to help our Grocery & Retail partners grow faster and perform better on the platform. This role focuses on driving same-store demand growth by identifying the right levers, improving merchant performance, and turning insights into scalable actions.Locations: Warsaw, Poland | Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

The Merchant Growth Manager will shape and execute growth strategies for key Grocery & Retail partners, with a strong focus on same-store demand, performance improvement, and merchant engagement. This person will work closely with Leadership, Account Management, Country Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to drive initiatives from idea to execution. It is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong execution skills to deliver measurable impact at scale. This role can be based in Tallinn or Warsaw.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Own and drive the Merchant Growth strategy, identifying and scaling initiatives that improve merchant performance and revenue.
Lead key growth levers and merchant lifecycle initiatives, including campaign execution, rollout, and adoption of solutions such as Smart Promotions.
Design and standardise SOPs and processes that support merchant participation in lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Build dashboards and track the performance of growth initiatives, ensuring clear visibility of key metrics and outcomes.
Analyse core growth KPIs such as same-store demand, adoption, conversion, and ROI, and turn insights into actionable plans.
Partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to align on priorities, execute initiatives, and support sustainable merchant growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have solid experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles within e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or similarly data-driven businesses.
You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and can turn data and hypotheses into clear strategic recommendations.
You have experience analysing performance, running or interpreting experiments / A/B tests, and using data to guide decisions.
You have strong skills in data visualisation and storytelling, ideally with tools such as Looker, and are confident working with Excel or Google Sheets.
You have a proactive ownership mindset and are comfortable driving work independently in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
