We’re looking for a Junior Workplace and People Operations Specialist who combines curiosity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR and workplace management. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, organizing projects and processes, and creating a workplace where others can do their best work. You also enjoy working with data - understanding why something is happening, identifying patterns, and using insights to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions. Whether you're supporting recruitment, improving internal processes, or managing day-to-day workplace operations, you stay organized, take initiative, and enjoy turning ideas into action. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you. Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to start your career in People Operations while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and day-to-day workplace management. You'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while helping us create an exceptional employee experience. Beyond supporting daily operations, you'll also work with People metrics and operational data. You'll help identify trends, improve processes, and support data-informed decisions that strengthen recruitment, employee experience, and workplace operations. Monthly gross salary: 1,945 GEL + biannual performance-based bonuses Probation period: 6 months Hybrid work opportunity: Option to work remotely 1 day per week

As a Senior Analytics Engineer in the People Analytics team, you will be much more than a data expert — you will actively shape how Bolt understands, plans, and develops its workforce at scale. You will own the People Analytics layer of Bolt's centrally managed data platform, building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers people insights across the company: from headcount planning and hiring to attrition, absence, and compensation analytics. A central part of this role is building the data infrastructure that makes conversational analytics possible. We are actively developing a people data plugin for AI tools, enabling analysts and business stakeholders to query people data in natural language. For that to work, the underlying data needs to be exceptionally clean, well-documented, semantically consistent, and structured with AI consumption in mind. You will own that foundation. You will support People Analytics by building robust pipelines and a trusted semantic layer across the full employee lifecycle. You will own everything between the data producers and data consumers — connecting HRIS with core employee data, ATS with recruitment data, planning and other systems through a modern analytics stack.
