Resending a ride receipt

We automatically send receipts to your email address after every finished ride.

If you need to receive the receipts to a different email address, simply change the email address in your profile.

You can download or resend a Ride-hailing trip receipt in the app:

  • Open your ride history
  • Tap the relevant trip
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and tap Get receipt
  • Download or resend your receipt.

To export all your invoices or resend a receipt for a Bolt Drive, scooter, or e-bike ride (where the services are available), please reach out to our Support team.
