If you think you left your item in the vehicle, you will have 24 hours to contact the driver through the app. Please check your Ride history to see this option. In case the driver is not responding, please reach out to our Support team through the app.

If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact our Support team via the app to provide the ride details. These should include the phone number used for the order and the description of the item.

  • We must authenticate your identity and account for your safety, and so we can help you.
  • By letting us disclose your contact details, you acknowledge that we'll provide your phone number to the driver of this particular journey. The driver may contact you directly using this number.
  • Please note that we hold no responsibility for how the driver uses the contact information you share.
  • We're committed to helping you and seeing your item returned, but please remember that neither Bolt nor drivers are responsible for forgotten belongings. We can't guarantee that a driver will find and return your item, given their status as independent contractors.
