You can work with reports in two sections:

• Weekly reports
• Payouts.

The weekly reports section is used for:

• Downloading CSV driver performance reports
• Viewing a detailed payout breakdown by categories, including detailed information on additional payments.

If you cannot open CSV reports in Excel, import them into Excel in text format. More information on this can be found on the internet.

An alternative way to open a CSV report is to use Google Drive. You need to upload the file to Drive and open it using Google Sheets.

In the Payouts section, you can see all your payments without a detailed breakdown.
